Terms of Service

SAS Labs is a brand of SAS Ventures, a trade name of SAS Integrators LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with service functionality
• Reverse engineer or misuse software components

2. Accounts

If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information

3. Payments and Billing

We use Stripe to process payments.

By purchasing a product or subscription, you authorize Stripe to process payment in accordance with Stripe’s Terms and Privacy Policy.

We do not store full credit card numbers. Charges may appear on your billing statement as “SAS Ventures.”

Subscriptions (if applicable):

• Billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Cancel anytime before renewal
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

4. Financial Data (Plaid)

Certain features of our services use Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to connect your financial accounts. By linking an account, you authorize Plaid to access your financial data on our behalf, including account names, balances, and transaction history.

You may disconnect a linked account at any time through your account settings. We do not receive or store your bank login credentials.

Your use of Plaid is also subject to the Plaid End User Services Agreement.

By using our financial data features, you acknowledge and agree that Plaid’s services are provided “as is” and that neither we nor Plaid guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of financial data retrieved from your institutions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials are owned by SAS Labs or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers (such as hosting, analytics, and payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party policies or practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAS Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to us in the previous 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
